A thin-walled seamless stainless steel tube is a precision-manufactured hollow stainless component with a very small wall thickness relative to its diameter. The seamless process removes weld seams, ensuring uniform properties, improved reliability, and excellent performance in high-precision applications such as electric motor housings.
Outer Diameter (OD): approx. 1.0 mm up to 100 mm (varies by supplier)
Wall Thickness (WT): ultra-thin options from about 0.05 mm up to about 0.8 mm; regular thin-wall tubes may extend to several millimeters
Surface Finish: bright annealed, polished, or smooth cold-drawn finish
Manufacturing Process: cold-drawn or cold-rolled seamless tubing
